Kim called me on June 26 and said, "Hi Cassie, umm, our wedding might be getting moved up a little." By that, she meant that she and Ryan would be getting married in six days instead of a month! Most couples would be panicking over moving their wedding up 23 days, but Kim and Ryan re-planned everything in less than a week with such grace and good humor.
They got married in a beautiful private ceremony surrounded by their immediate families while live-streaming for the rest of their loved ones. The day was filled with surprise drive-by support parades, Face Time calls to the matron of honor for toasts and prayers and all of the beautiful things and so much spontaneity. While this wasn't the wedding day they planned, those big smiles never left their faces. What a blessing to be there for these sweet friends to photograph their day!
