Woohoo!! You received your final image gallery! I am happy to provide seniors and couples with beautiful online galleries where you can easily download your images. Follow the steps below to download your images today!
step 1
From your computer, open your online gallery and click on the Download icon located on the top right of the menu bar. This will allow you to download the entire gallery at once.
Step 2
Enter your email address and the Download PIN provided by Cassie, then click "Next."
Step 3
Make sure that all of the collections you want to download are checked (this applies to galleries with more than one tab of photos, i.e. Weddings).
Then select the location you want to download photos to. I recommend starting with "My Computer" and then backing the images up to one of the other locations.
After you've selected your download location, click "Start Download"
Step 4A
After starting the download, you'll see this screen. You can either wait here for the download to be prepared, or you can exit the window and wait for an email (Step 4B). If you wait here, the screen from Step 5 will automatically pop up when the photos are ready for download.
Step 4B (optional)
If you have a larger gallery (i.e. weddings) you may choose to wait for the email. Once your images are ready to be downloaded, you'll get an email like the one above. Click "Download Photos" and you'll be directed to the screen from Step 5.
Step 5
When your photos are ready for download, you'll see this screen. Click on the link and the download will start.
After clicking the link, your download will automatically start. Once it is completed, your full gallery will be saved to your computer in a .zip file! From there, you will just need to unzip the folder to access your images on your computer.
That was easy!
You've now downloaded your full gallery to your computer! From here, you can download to your phone or order prints, just be sure to do so before your gallery's expiry date.
Be sure to back your images up in multiple locations to prevent loss!
