Adele and Philip got married on January 14 in a beautiful St. Mary's ceremony (my first of 2023!) I first met Adele back in 2020 when we took her senior photos at Texas A&M University, and I was so happy to get to photograph her wedding too!

The girls started the day getting ready at Double Creek Crossing in Caldwell, where they had hair and makeup done by Naturally Flawless Beauty (one of my all-time favorite hair & makeup teams)! Once I arrived I got started with the details photos, which were made even prettier with florals provided by Ivory Bell Floral! (I would highly recommend asking your florist if they provide or sell a few extra stems for details photos!) Once all of the bridesmaids were ready, Adele had a first look with them, followed by one with her dad before we headed outside to find the one spot of shade for bridesmaid portraits at 12 p.m., haha.

Once at St. Mary's, I met up with the guys to take their groom and groomsmen portraits before the ceremony. Then Philip and Adele met up in the John Paul II Center for a first touch and gift exchange.

The ceremony was (as always) BEAUTIFUL! This was my first of many St. Mary's weddings of 2023, and my first one since June 2022, shockingly. It was such a pretty day with lots of sunlight streaming in through the windows. Ceremony photos at St. Mary's are my favorite.

We got lucky with a very beautiful golden hour for newlywed portraits during their reception. I cannot recommend stepping away from the party to take those photos enough!! It's the perfect way to get some beautiful photos just of you and your new spouse, and it's one of the few opportunities you'll have to spend time alone together throughout a very busy day!

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Landry!!!
